On a notable evening during London Fashion Week, Lila and Kate hosted a dinner at Isabel’s in Mayfair to honor Donna Karan’s spring 2025 collection. Kate, a figurehead for the brand, and Lila, an emerging talent who has appeared in DKNY’s latest campaign, both opted for coordinating little black dresses (LBDs) but each styled their looks in unique ways. Kate donned a draped halter-neck LBD paired with sheer black stockings, while Lila chose a strapless dress featuring a sculptural curved neckline, displaying their personal style interpretations.

Both mother and daughter complemented their outfits with elegant gold jewelry and stylish black patent leather open-toe heels. In terms of hair and makeup, Kate opted for loose, tousled curls, accentuating her look with a soft pink lip and a delicate smoky eye. In contrast, Lila styled her hair slicked back into a sleek bun, highlighting her youthful elegance.

Beyond style, Lila has inherited her mother’s modeling talent. She began her professional journey in 2018 with Marc Jacobs Beauty and made her runway debut for Miu Miu in 2020, quickly establishing herself in the fashion world.

Reflecting on her daughter’s debut, Kate expressed the emotions she felt watching Lila walk the runway for the first time. “I was really nervous for her,” Kate recounted in a video for British Vogue. “I was sitting around the kitchen table with some girlfriends, and we were all eagerly waiting for the show to start. When she appeared, we couldn’t contain our excitement, shouting, ‘She’s doing it! She’s doing it!’ I felt incredibly proud.”
