Eddie Craven, the CEO of Kick, has recently made a public appeal to Twitch for reconsideration of his nearly four-year ban from the platform, expressing his desire to experiment with Kick’s newly introduced multi-streaming capabilities.
In April 2025, Kick announced that its partners would be allowed to stream simultaneously across various platforms, including Twitch and YouTube, while continuing to generate revenue.
However, there is a significant caveat; the platform can alter revenue rates, potentially reducing earnings by as much as 50%, as outlined in their frequently asked questions.

Craven’s Appeal for Reconciliation with Twitch
In his tweet, he stated, “I’m eager to test out our new Kick Partner multi-streaming… It’s been 44 months. I’ve matured. I’ve healed… Maybe it’s time for forgiveness?”
He believes that the integration of Kick Talk on both platforms could effectively connect diverse communities and promote a more neutral approach within the live streaming landscape.

In response to inquiries, Craven clarified that his ban was a permanent measure due to his streaming slots on Twitch.
Despite this, he conveyed respect for Twitch’s moderation team, acknowledging the complexities involved in managing fast-paced social platforms.
