Kit Hoover Files for Divorce from Crowley Sullivan

Kit Hoover, cohost of Access Hollywood, has initiated divorce proceedings from her husband, Crowley Sullivan, who serves as the CEO of Athlete Advantage. The filing took place in Los Angeles at the end of March, as reported by Us Weekly on April 4.

The couple shares three children: two adult daughters, Campbell (22) and Hayes (21), as well as their 18-year-old son Crowley Jr. whom they are navigating custody arrangements for. Hoover has requested joint legal and physical custody for their children, according to information from Us Weekly.

In her divorce application, Hoover cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split, with May 1, 2024, marked as their date of separation. Additionally, she is seeking spousal support in accordance with their mutual agreement, with asset division currently pending the completion of legal formalities following Sullivan’s signature, as noted by People.

The announcement of their separation initially surfaced in December 2024. Shortly thereafter, Hoover engaged in a discussion on her podcast, The Coop With Kit, with guest Elizabeth Hurley, exploring ways to maintain amicable relationships with ex-partners, as highlighted by Us Weekly.

Hoover’s career began in 1995 when she participated in the inaugural season of MTV’s reality show Road Rules. She subsequently carved a niche for herself as a correspondent and host across various media outlets, including Fox News, ESPN2, and TV Guide Channel. In 2010, she joined Access Daily and became a prominent figure on Access Hollywood in 2019.

Reflecting on the challenges of balancing her professional and personal life, Hoover shared in a 2021 interview with Woman’s World, “I love my work, and I’m so grateful for it, but being a working mom, wife and daughter, it’s impossible to do everything well all of the time.” She emphasized the importance of being present and prioritizing what truly matters in life.

On the career front, Sullivan took the reins as CEO of Athlete Advantage in December 2024, following his previous roles which included significant positions in revenue management for notable organizations like ESPN, USA Today Sports Digital Media Group, the Chicago White Sox, and the UFC, as detailed in a recent news release.

In a heartfelt tribute on their 24th anniversary in August 2023, Hoover publicly expressed her appreciation for Sullivan, stating on Instagram, “Thanks for loving this lunatic and for our beautiful family that is my EVERYTHING. I love you.”
