Mark Anthony Cuevas has recently responded to allegations surrounding claims of infidelity in his marriage to Aubrey Rainey. The dissolution of their partnership became a hot topic after Rainey, known on Instagram as Aubrey Cuevas, expressed her disbelief in the comments section of his March 29 announcement regarding their separation.

Rainey remarked, “This is news to me lol,” highlighting her surprise at the public revelation of their breakup. Further stirring speculation, she encouraged followers to “go ahead and head to Instagram for the details” following Cuevas’ Instagram statement.

In a more pointed comment, she emphasized that the issue of their separation had not been discussed previously. Rainey alleged that Cuevas had “got caught out with women” and needed to cover his “public image,” indicating that she was unaware of the details surrounding the split until it became public.

In an interview with TMZ, published on April 1, Cuevas firmly denied any allegations of cheating. He stated that his primary concern has always been about establishing a peaceful and supportive environment for their children.

Cuevas explained that he chose to end his marriage as it was not conducive to the positive family life he envisions for his children. He noted his commitment to being a consistent and devoted father, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing his sons’ well-being in this challenging time.

The couple, who were married in September 2022, share two sons: Ace, born in April 2021, and Axton, born in early 2022. Cuevas mentioned in his statements that he had communicated his wish to separate directly to Rainey, asserting that he never intended to cause any confusion or distress.

“I’m not here to argue timelines or opinions. I’m focused on peace, parenting, and protecting what matters most,” he remarked, underscoring the importance of their children amid the turmoil of the split.

In the March 29 statement he shared with PEOPLE, Cuevas described the breakup as a painful yet necessary transition. He reiterated that the decision was made “in hopes of creating a healthier, more peaceful environment for our kids.” His resolve to remain a positive influence in his children’s lives was evident when he stated he would not engage in public disputes concerning their separation.
