Meghan Markle Shares Family Moments and Life Reflections

Over the weekend, Meghan Markle embraced a joyful family day, sharing heartfelt moments on Instagram. The Duchess of Sussex posted images featuring her children, Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3, captioning them, “Sunday kind of love….with my little loves.”

The photos captured the young Prince and Princess marveling at beautiful roses, showcasing their striking fire-red hair.

Additionally, Meghan shared a delightful video on her Instagram Stories where she prepared a fruit spread alongside Lilibet. In the clip, she asked her daughter, “What do we think, Lili?” to which the toddler enthusiastically responded, “I think it’s beautiful.”

Reflection at TIME100 Summit

Just last week, during the TIME100 Summit in New York City, Meghan expressed her contentment during a conversation with Time CEO Jessica Sibley, declaring that 2025 is her happiest year to date. She shared, “A confession for you today that I can very comfortably say is that I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.”

Talking about her life with Prince Harry, Meghan conveyed her deep appreciation for the supportive partnership they share. She remarked, “To have a partner and a husband who is just so supportive and to have healthy kids that are so joyful in the freeness of their life and the safety of their life that we create for them… I never would have imagined at this point I would feel so happy and grateful, and I really do.”

Despite facing relentless speculation about their marriage over the years, Markle emphasized her commitment to mental well-being. She stated, “I made a very, very conscious effort to create boundaries for myself and for my mental health, for my well-being and certainly to role model that as well for my children.”

Addressing Criticism and Personal Growth

Meghan also addressed critiques surrounding her new Netflix series, “With Love, Meghan.” Explaining her choice not to film in her Montecito home, she noted, “On this show, it’s a crew of 80 people. People said, ‘Why didn’t you film the show in your house?’ I said, ‘My kids are coming home for their nap.’ Eighty people in the kitchen isn’t really the childhood memory I would love for them to have.”

Furthermore, Meghan reflected on the challenges she faced with her lifestyle brand, initially named American Rivera Orchard. She shared insights about her journey, stating, “The past year-and-a-half has been incredibly busy and ambitious. You see it all come to life and try to give yourself the space and the grace to make mistakes, to know you’re not doing it right every day.”

Through it all, Markle remains grounded, asserting that the challenges she faces in her professional life pale in comparison to the joy she finds in motherhood. She emphasized, “Something that is seemingly so big somehow becomes so microscopic in importance compared to what’s happening with my children.”
