Modest Mouse has officially unveiled the very first Psychic Salamander Festival, a dynamic two-day music event taking place at Remlinger Farms in Carnation, Washington. Scheduled for Saturday, September 13, and Sunday, September 14, the festival promises an exciting lineup featuring headlining performances by Isaac Brock and his band, with additional acts including Built to Spill, Sleater-Kinney, and the Flaming Lips. The latter will deliver a complete rendition of their iconic 1999 album The Soft Bulletin during their Sunday set. Below is the complete lineup for the festival.
Earlier this month, Modest Mouse also revealed plans for Ice Cream Floats, a five-day music festival set for 2026 aboard the Norwegian Pearl cruise ship. In March, the band initiated their international co-headlining tour alongside the Flaming Lips, which is expected to run until September with dates across Europe, the U.K., Canada, and the United States. Last year, to mark the 20th anniversary of their beloved album Good News for People Who Love Bad News, they released a special reissue.
