MrBeast & FaZe Clan Launch Secret Twitch Channel with $10,000 Challenge
In a unique twist, MrBeast and the FaZe Clan have created a concealed Twitch account, offering a $10,000 prize to the first person who can discover it.
Known for his extravagant challenges, MrBeast’s latest venture involved collaboration with FaZe, hiding a secret Twitch channel within the IRL category.
The team—comprising MrBeast, StableRonaldo, Kaysan, Silky, Lacy, and JasonTheWeen—established a new account to engage viewers in a live stream. Whoever found them first would receive a substantial cash reward.
To qualify for the prize, participants could not have any personal connections to the streamers, and no hints could be dropped on social media. Just when the group was about to give up after hours of searching, a lucky viewer emerged at the last moment to claim the reward.
MrBeast & FaZe Hide New Twitch Channel with $10,000 Prize
Emerging content creators face significant challenges when attempting to build an audience. This often requires timely engagement with trends, playing popular games, and collaborating with others.
Despite being prominent figures on platforms like YouTube, transitioning to Twitch demands a distinct strategy, often requiring active promotion to redirect viewers.
After brainstorming for account names with the help of ChatGPT, they settled on ‘QuantumSnacks.’ Streaming under that name in the IRL category, the crew initially embraced a generic title and tried reaction videos, which resulted in no viewers. Attempts to play party games and even conduct a mukbang similarly yielded no engagement.
In a bid for discovery, they took to the streets of Los Angeles to look for fans who might aid in finding the channel. Unfortunately, their efforts were met with disappointment when the only viewer they encountered was a bot offering illegitimate viewership increases.
After adjusting the channel title to include FaZe Clan and the mention of the $10,000 prize, they headed to a local In-N-Out. While MrBeast attracted a flurry of attentiveness from fans, many were unable to locate the hidden Twitch account.
As nearly two hours elapsed, they prepared to take photos for a secondary video when they received their first genuine message in the chat. A fan located across the street managed to hear their discussions and, after searching diligently, found the right channel.
Confirming the young man’s discovery, MrBeast announced him as the winner, promising the $10,000 would be sent to his family.
Now, the once-secret Twitch channel has garnered 642 followers, though it may not stream again.
