Maximum healing has been increased from 400 to 450.

Ultimate charge cost has been reduced by 12%.

Ultimate cost has increased by 10%.

Energy
Degeneration rate adjusted from 2 to 2.5 per second.

Primary fire falloff range increased from 20 to 25 meters.
Secondary fire damage has been boosted from 45 to 50.

Base health decreased from 225 to 150.
