Working to Create Reality TV Show Before Death

Pamela Bach, the former wife of actor David Hasselhoff, was actively pursuing the development of a reality television series until her untimely passing, as reported by TMZ. Sources revealed that Bach was dedicated to producing and starring in a show entitled “Over the Hills,” which aimed to document her experiences and those of her celebrity friends living in Hollywood Hills as they navigated the complexities of aging.
The premise of the show was centered around overcoming age-related challenges while embracing the opportunity to enjoy life. Bach made significant efforts to enlist her peers in their 60s to join the cast, reportedly traveling to Europe to convince some of them to participate. She even offered them accommodation at her Los Angeles residence during visits.
Among the notable names she considered for the show was Gary Busey, who, despite initial interest, had fluctuating availability that complicated the casting process. Despite her efforts to coordinate the right talent, engage legal professionals, and negotiate with production companies, the project ultimately failed to reach the filming stage.
According to insiders, Bach dedicated approximately 18 months to developing “Over the Hills,” but unfortunately, her vision for the show could not come to fruition.
Tragically, TMZ confirmed that Pamela Bach passed away at the age of 62 due to a self-inflicted gunshot wound. She was known for her roles in various films and television programs, including her participation in the UK version of “Celebrity Big Brother” in 2011.
