Pathify Strengthens Leadership Team with Two Strategic Appointments

Dr. Christine Deacons has been appointed as the Head of Solutions, while Shana Holman, M.Ed., takes on the role of Vice President of Customer Success. These new appointments are intended to enhance Pathify’s efforts in fostering student engagement and success across educational institutions.

Dr. Deacons joins Pathify with over 20 years of experience in higher education as an administrator, researcher, and academic. In her new position, she will focus on innovating Pathify’s digital Collegium community, overseeing the Customer Advisory Board, and conducting substantial analyses with customers aimed at promoting student adoption, persistence, and overall success. Prior to her role at Pathify, she served as Ready Education’s Vice President of Student Success and Head of Research, holding advanced degrees from Eastern Michigan University.

In her capacity as Vice President of Customer Success, Holman will manage the daily operations of the Customer Success department, which encompasses implementation, support, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. She is tasked with maintaining Pathify’s impressive Net Promoter Score of 67. Holman’s background includes extensive experience in executive leadership within customer success and education technology, having previously worked as Director of Client Success & Operations at D2L and Director of Partnerships at Guild Education. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Education from the University of Florida.
