Exciting Moments on The Price Is Right: Contestant Celebrates Big Win
In a thrilling display of excitement, a contestant on The Price Is Right celebrated her victory in an exhilarating manner after winning a car. The celebration featured an unexpected leap into the arms of model Devin Goda, following her impressive performance in the game show’s infamous Hole-in-One challenge.
During the bidding segment, contestant Elsa placed a bid of $1,900 for an LED-powered jukebox which included a CD player, an AM/FM stereo, a sleek walnut finish, four speakers, a stand, and a remote. The actual retail price came in at $2,195, making her the highest bidder and allowing her to advance to the gameplay that offered the chance to win a 2025 Volkswagen Jetta Sport.
“We’re playing a game called Hole in One. Do you golf?” host Drew Carey inquired.
“No, but I’m going to today,” Elsa enthusiastically responded.
“I don’t golf either, but you could win this game,” Kerry encouraged her.
The challenge required Elsa to correctly arrange a series of small items in order of price, from least to most expensive. With each right guess, she would inch closer to the putting green, which would enhance her chances of winning the prize.
Models Rachel Reynolds and Devin Goda assisted by positioning flags behind the items based on Elsa’s selections. The first item she chose was licorice candy, priced at $4.79, followed by cooked beets at $2.99. This choice placed her further back on the putting course.
After a successful demonstration by Carey, who made a perfect hole-in-one, Elsa stepped up for her shot. To her delight, she also landed the ball in the hole. Overjoyed, she shouted and jumped up and down in celebration. In a moment of sheer exuberance, Elsa made a beeline for Goda and jumped into his arms, exclaiming, “Oh my God!” The model teetered slightly before gently setting her down. Her celebration continued as she shared high-fives and hugs with both Carey and Reynolds.
Following her successful putt, Elsa spun the big wheel, scoring an 80, which secured her a spot in the Showcase Showdown. Here, she placed bids on an assortment of items that included six pairs of designer sneakers, various range and countertop appliances, and a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Premium. Elsa ultimately bid $32,500, narrowly missing the mark by $166, for a total of $32,334.
