Diddy
‘Freak Off’ Tapes Likely to Be Presented in Court …
Proposed Jury Questionnaire Offers Insight

As the trial of Diddy approaches, new developments suggest that controversial “freak off” tapes could be introduced to the jury. A recently submitted jury questionnaire indicates potential areas of inquiry for jurors.

Diddy’s legal team submitted this extensive questionnaire on a recent Friday, and according to information from the Associated Press, it seeks to probe jurors’ openness to viewing explicit material, including sexual content and depictions of violence.

Furthermore, the inquiry covers jurors’ opinions regarding individuals with multiple sexual partners, which could be relevant to the case.

The questionnaire comprises more than 70 questions, some containing multiple parts. Prosecutors have voiced concerns about the length and complexity of the document, suggesting it may confuse prospective jurors.

Diddy faces serious legal challenges, including five charges: two counts of sex trafficking, two counts related to transporting individuals for prostitution, and one count of racketeering. These charges include three from an initial indictment in September, with two additional charges filed recently. Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all allegations.

The prosecution claims that Diddy participated in numerous “freak offs” over the years, involving group sexual encounters between him, women, and male escorts, which were reportedly often recorded.

In an effort to understand public perception surrounding the charges, a mock jury was assembled for the documentary “TMZ Presents: The Downfall of Diddy: His Defense,” currently available on Tubi. The discussions featured in the documentary provide insight into the various perspectives on the case.

With the trial set to commence, it remains uncertain whether Diddy will seek additional legal counsel, including the possibility of enlisting renowned defense attorney Mark Geragos. Geragos has been somewhat evasive when questioned about joining Diddy’s defense team.

Opening arguments are scheduled to begin on May 12.
