Quavo Unveils New Single “Georgia Ways” Featuring Luke Bryan and Teddy Swims

Quavo has released a new single titled “Georgia Ways,” which features prominent artists Luke Bryan and Teddy Swims. This genre-blending anthem pays homage to the state of Georgia, reflecting on how it has influenced their musical journeys.

Accompanying the track is a vibrant music video directed by Wyatt Spain, filmed in the picturesque Georgia backcountry. The visuals capture moments of Quavo and Bryan engaging in outdoor activities such as fishing and riding ATVs, with Quavo showcasing his pride for his home state in a shirt emblazoned with Georgia symbols.

Prior to the release, Quavo had been teasing the single on social media, including posting a photo of himself fishing with Bryan. The song also made its debut during the University of Georgia vs. Georgia Tech football game, which Quavo attended. Fans can expect to hear “Georgia Ways” featured prominently across ESPN programming leading up to the SEC Championship and throughout the college football playoff season.

This release marks just one of several collaborations Quavo has engaged in this year. He recently collaborated with Kid Laroi on the track “Slow It Down” and partnered with Ty Dolla $ign for the rock-rap anthem “If I Fall,” featured on the Transformers One soundtrack. Quavo has been diversifying his musical collaborations, working with a wide array of artists, including Lana Del Rey on “Tough.”

On the other hand, Luke Bryan’s latest album, Mind of a Country Boy, released in September, reflects his commitment to crafting meaningful music. Bryan noted that he took extra time to compile the 14 tracks, ensuring they would resonate with audiences and stand the test of time. He explained, “I think this album, as I’ve tried to do with all my albums, just has a little bit of everything. I do some things differently vocally on this one that I’ve not done before. It’s about each song having its place and having its meaning. It’s trying not to be overly redundant with songs.”
