The upcoming scenes filmed in Mumbai are reportedly focused on thrilling action elements, with the production team creating an immersive backdrop in Andheri. A source mentioned that Ranveer has been rigorously preparing to ensure powerful performances in the sequences set to be shot over the next two weeks. These scenes will also include interactions between him and Akshaye Khanna, with additional cast members expected to complete their filming in the coming week.
A recent update from director Aditya Dhar highlighted his satisfaction with the film’s progress and specifically praised Ranveer’s contribution, stating, “Yes, we are currently filming it. We will try to release it by the end of this year. I am happy with the outcome; it’s shaping up really well.” He added that Ranveer has exceeded expectations in his role.
Earlier, images of Ranveer’s dramatic look with long hair circulated online, featuring him in a turban for the first time on screen, contrasted with a formal suit and a simulated injury on his face. Reports indicate he portrays an R&AW agent, with the narrative drawing inspiration from authentic events in India’s intelligence history. His new appearance sparked comparisons to his well-received character Alauddin Khilji in Padmaavat.
