Salman Khan’s team reportedly arrived in Riyadh on Sunday morning to begin a three-day shoot.

Bollywood icons Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt are making headlines as they embark on a venture into Hollywood, having reportedly joined an upcoming thriller set to captivate international audiences. The actors have traveled to Saudi Arabia to film their cameo roles at the recently inaugurated AlUla Studios, with the shooting schedule extending until February 19.

According to a report from Mid-Day, both Khan and Dutt will play significant parts in pivotal scenes of this American thriller. While the specifics of the movie remain tightly under wraps due to non-disclosure agreements, insiders have indicated that it is crafted with a global market in mind. “Salman and Sanjay are icons well-known in the Middle East. Their scenes are designed to resonate strongly with the audience,” stated a source familiar with the production.

AlUla Studios has quickly established itself as a sought-after location for international film projects, having previously hosted Hollywood productions, including Kandahar (2023) featuring Gerard Butler. The current thriller is also set to utilize the stunning landscapes of the region to enhance its cinematic appeal. Salman Khan’s team reportedly began their work in Riyadh on Sunday.

The duo has a rich history of collaboration in Bollywood, with films such as Saajan (1991), Chal Mere Bhai (2000), and Yeh Hai Jalwa (2002) showcasing their chemistry and drawing audiences to theaters. Recently, they reunited for “Old Money,” a musical track by Indo-Canadian rapper Dhillon, which merges elements of classic Bollywood with modern Punjabi influences.

On the personal front, Salman Khan is set to appear in the upcoming film Sikandar, helmed by director AR Murugadoss. The film will also feature Rashmika Mandanna, Prateik Babbar, Satyaraj, and Sharman Joshi in prominent roles. In contrast, Sanjay Dutt has a busy slate ahead with projects like Housefull 5, Baaghi 4, and a sequel to Son of Sardaar on the horizon.
