Cancellation and Refund Information: If you decide to cancel within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will issue a full refund as long as you haven’t made reservations. Vouchers can be refunded online by visiting “My Account.” After the 14-day period, however, vouchers become nonrefundable. You can choose to make vouchers refundable until their expiration date for an added fee. Changes and cancellations made after reservations are required will be subject to the merchant’s policies, which may incur fees or result in voucher loss. Please ensure to cancel with the merchant directly before seeking to refund your voucher.
Merchant Cancellation Policy: A 72-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; failing to comply might result in losing your voucher. If you alter or cancel your reservation against the merchant’s policy, additional charges or voucher forfeiture may apply.
Redeem your voucher immediately on weekends, effective until June 30, 2025. Reservations are mandatory and based on availability. Present your printed voucher or mobile voucher upon arrival. Sales tax and gratuity are not included; please tip based on the original price. Only one purchase is allowed per person, and while gifts can be bought, exceeding the limit may lead to voucher forfeiture. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions and is valid for a maximum of two people in a single visit.
