Shekinah and Sarper’s Relationship Under Scrutiny Amid Tensions

The tension between Shekinah and Sarper has resurfaced, leading them to re-evaluate their relationship. Just weeks after relocating to Los Angeles to pursue their romance, Sarper finds himself considering a return to Turkey following a heated argument that has left the couple questioning their future together.

In the latest episode of 90 Day Fiancé aired on April 27, Shekinah disclosed a recording that features their intense exchange, providing viewers a raw glimpse into their conflict.

In the recorded confrontation, Shekinah challenged Sarper directly, asking, “What is your problem?” To which Sarper bluntly replied, “My problem is your face. I know that f—— face.”

As the argument escalated, Shekinah remarked, “Do you understand how crazy you sound right now?” Sarper’s fierce response was, “You are useless!”

In an attempt to diffuse the situation, Shekinah explained that she had spent the day preparing dinner after a long workday, feeling hurt by Sarper’s dismissive comments. “You say f— you to me, and now you’re leaving?” she questioned, clearly frustrated.

Sarper expressed his dissatisfaction with their current lifestyle, saying, “F— this life. I really hate this life, and I’m going back to my country.”

Following the argument, Sarper took time alone at a park where he revisited a text from Shekinah detailing their confrontation. He read passages that quoted him, expressing doubt over his own statements during the argument.

“I won’t let you drive my car, I am hard to live with, it is hard to live with my dogs,” he recounted before insisting, “I didn’t say such a thing.”

Sarper shared his feelings of worthlessness, mentioning a build-up of depression and suggesting that avoiding Shekinah for a while seemed like the only solution at the moment. “We are not talking. Two strangers in the same house,” he lamented.

Upon returning home, Shekinah elaborated on the growing distance, noting that Sarper had taken to sleeping on the couch. She described the atmosphere between them as “so tense” and “so awkward.”

While Sarper was adjusting to life in Los Angeles initially, Shekinah reflected on how rapidly his mood shifted. “He was treating me like s—. He was being such an asshole,” she stated.

She also expressed her frustrations regarding sacrifices made for Sarper’s comfort, such as limited space for her belongings as they blended their lives. “There’s no room in my closet for my clothes,” she lamented, emphasizing the compromises she’s already made.

Plans for her career were also part of the conversation, as she revealed intentions to open an office as an aesthetician, moving her business out of their shared home to regain some independence.

Shekinah’s emotional toll became evident as she expressed feelings of being undervalued. “I just feel like he doesn’t even appreciate it,” she said, reflecting on the difference in their living situations and available escape routes.

In the midst of this turmoil, Sarper reached out to a friend, Füsun, back in Turkey, citing a decline in his motivation during his stay. “Yesterday, I just went to my computer to book a flight and I chose the seats, the dates, everything, just one button,” he admitted, acknowledging the impulse to return home.

However, Sarper expressed a desire to communicate with Shekinah before making any final decisions, voicing frustration over the ongoing uncertainty of their relationship. “We’re either gonna be good or we break up and I f— off and leave this country,” he resolved.

He reflected humorously on his life pre-relationship, suggesting that should they part ways, he would indulge in romantic pursuits without reservations.

“The next conversation that I will do with her has to be, ‘We are okay, but we are changing or it’s over,’” he stated, highlighting the gravity of their situation. “If I go back to my country, I will burn everything. I will never remember if there is Shekinah or not. I promise to myself this. It’s up to her,” he added.
