Shweta Tiwari and her daughter Palak Tiwari are among the most beloved mother-daughter pairs in the entertainment industry, often spotlighted for their strong relationship and lively interactions. Shweta also has a son, Reyansh, who was born in 2016. In a nostalgic chat with Pinkvilla, she opened up about her aspirations for having a boy after Palak and shared a humorous story regarding her daughter’s extravagant shopping tendencies.

During the discussion, Shweta reminisced about her pregnancy with Reyansh when Palak was 16 years old. She recounted a memorable incident from that time, saying, “On her 16th birthday, she went out and shopped for makeup worth Rs 1 lakh 80 thousand, such expensive products. Each eye shadow was for Rs 7k to 8k.” In her defense, Palak responded, “To be fair, I really researched.”

After Palak’s lavish shopping excursion, Shweta humorously mentioned how she told her family that she wished for a son. “I can’t afford so much. I cannot have another daughter,” she said, jokingly conveying her concern over the financial implications of raising another girl.

During the same conversation, Palak fondly recalled moments from her childhood when she would sometimes refer to Shweta as ‘didi’ due to her youthful appearance. Their relationship showcases a unique blend of mother-daughter and best friend dynamics, often highlighted on social media through their stylish photos and entertaining reels that captivate their audience.

While Shweta has enjoyed a prolific career in television since her breakthrough role, Palak is making significant strides in the film industry. She gained widespread recognition after her performance in Harrdy Sandhu’s hit song “Bijlee Bijlee” and subsequently marked her Bollywood debut with “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan,” earning admiration for her acting skills.

Conversely, Shweta remains a prominent figure in the industry, known for her successful roles in shows like “Kasautii Zindagii Kay,” “Parvarrish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi,” and “Begusarai.” As the winner of Bigg Boss season 4, Shweta continues to be a sought-after star, most recently appearing in Rohit Shetty’s blockbuster “Singham Again.”
