Simone Biles Celebrates Thanksgiving with Jonathan Owens at Chicago Bears Game

Simone Biles is proudly supporting her husband, Jonathan Owens, during his football endeavors. On Thanksgiving Day 2024, the 27-year-old gymnast took to her Instagram Stories to share highlights of her trip to Detroit, where she attended the Chicago Bears game as Owens, a safety for the team, faced off against the Detroit Lions.

Biles started her Instagram updates with a lively video of herself and fellow volleyball player Torrie Brown enjoying a toast with beer cups aboard a private jet, captioning it, “otw to detroit for some Thanksgiving football,” accompanied by football emojis.

In another post, Biles showcased her travel essentials, featuring a photo with two oversized makeup bags. She humorously wrote, “im just a girl,” next to an image that included a bottle of champagne, further highlighting her playful spirit.

The game itself was a challenging one for Owens and the Bears, who suffered a narrow defeat to the Lions, finishing 23-20. This loss marked the Bears’ sixth consecutive setback, leaving their season record at 4-8.

Throughout Owens’ football career, Biles has consistently shown her support, attending games since his tenure with the Green Bay Packers. Recently, the couple shared a heartfelt moment during a game against the Minnesota Vikings on November 24, where they were spotted exchanging a kiss and celebrating Owens’ impressive plays.

Outside of football, Biles and Owens have also been nurturing their relationship through various outings. Recently, Biles posted about a date night, sharing images of the couple dressed in matching all-black outfits with the caption “d8t nite,” alongside shots of a sophisticated dinner.

Biles and Owens first crossed paths officially in March 2020, though their meeting prior occurred during a December 2019 game when Biles led the Houston Texans onto the field. The couple tied the knot in April 2023 at the Harris County Courthouse in Houston, later celebrating their union with a picturesque wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
