Spencer Pratt is currently sifting through the remnants of his and Heidi Montag‘s property, searching for any belongings that may have survived the catastrophic fire that engulfed their home.
The reality TV personality returned to Pacific Palisades on Thursday, just days following the devastating fire incident, and was seen meticulously searching the site for precious items, including crystals.
Photos reveal Spencer amid the charred remains of their house, scavenging through the blackened debris and clutching a small silver object, although the specific details of what he found remain unclear.
Despite the extensive damage, some parts of the house are still standing; however, it is likely that these structures will need to be demolished as part of the rebuilding phase.
Earlier this week, Spencer shared a video capturing the moment he witnessed his home being consumed by flames, repeatedly expressing his shock and disbelief by exclaiming “yikes” throughout the ordeal.
Heidi Montag also took to social media to express her gratitude for surviving the fire, sharing her emotions with her followers as she reflected on their situation.
The Pacific Palisades Fire has had a widespread impact, displacing numerous celebrities, including Billy Crystal, John Goodman, Jamie Lee Curtis, Mark Hamill, Adam Brody, Leighton Meester, and Jhené Aiko, among others.
As of Thursday afternoon, the Pacific Palisades Fire is deemed the most severe blaze affecting Los Angeles, having already decimated over 19,000 acres with no containment in sight. Additionally, the Eaton Fire in Pasadena is also wreaking havoc in the region.
For Spencer and Heidi, the aftermath of the fire is just beginning, and they face a long and challenging journey toward rebuilding their lives.
