Starting in 2024, applicants will have the option to submit up to three applications. Thus, it is crucial to thoroughly review each opportunity to find the ones that best match your expertise.

Eligibility for the ESA Graduate Trainee Programme
Candidates interested in applying must meet specific qualifications:
- Enrollment in the final year of a Master’s degree or recent graduation in engineering, science, IT, or business services. Graduates must be able to present a diploma within three months of starting their traineeship.
- Citizenship in one of the ESA Member States, which include Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Additionally, nationals from Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Canada, as well as citizens from Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, and Malta, are also eligible to apply.
