Tarek El Moussa Discusses His Physical Transformation
Tarek El Moussa recently took to Instagram to clarify some speculations surrounding his appearance. The HGTV personality confidently stated, “I’m not wearing a toupee, I didn’t get plastic surgery, and I’m not all ‘fake.’”
In his post, El Moussa showcased several images of himself exercising in a tank top, highlighting his well-defined arm muscles. He credited this physical evolution, which he says has occurred over the last four years, to consistent hard work and dedication in the gym.
“Well I do look different… it’s not from anything other than working my ass off in the gym the last four years! If you want to flip your body…keep reading!” he expressed, inviting his followers to learn about his fitness journey.
The star of The Flip Off detailed his workout routine, which consists of four training sessions each week alongside a personal trainer. He emphasized that his approach is designed to yield “max results” in “minimal time.” He described his regimen as a “high-intensity method inspired by Dorian Yates,” elaborating on the specifics of his exercise sessions.
“Warm-up sets followed by one set to absolute failure, actually until I’m shaking so beyond failure,” El Moussa explained. He acknowledged the challenge but highlighted the philosophy that growth comes through effort. “It’s tough, but without pain there is no growth! I get amazing results without spending hours in the gym,” he noted. Along with his strength training, he incorporates walking and yoga into his fitness regime. His lifting splits target various muscle groups including chest and shoulders, legs, back, and arms and abs.
In conclusion, he remarked, “With my crazy schedule, this keeps me strong and on track. Can’t wait to show you the progress—stay tuned!”
