Teddi Mellencamp, currently facing stage 4 cancer, addressed recent discussions regarding her burial plans in a heartfelt Instagram post. This comes after she shared a conversation with her father, renowned musician John Mellencamp, on the podcast “Two Ts in a Pod” hosted by Tamra Judge. In her Instagram Stories, she stated, “I need to clarify that this was a light-hearted conversation, laughing the whole time. I am personally doing well right now, and yes, dealing with things I wouldn’t otherwise, but the way this is being portrayed isn’t accurate.” Teddi expressed her thoughts on the interpretation of their conversation, emphasizing the humorous aspect rather than a somber one. “Do you think wanting ‘Hot girls never die’ on my mausoleum is the result of a sad conversation?” she added, underscoring her intent with a lighthearted emoji.

So many messages about how strong I am. And I gotta tell you, some days I feel really really strong and some days I feel really really sad and alone. Stage 4 cancer can be scary,” she reflected, illustrating the emotional rollercoaster that accompanies her diagnosis.
