Following the recent episode featuring Buck and Athena racing against time to save members of the 118 from a lab engulfed in a viral threat, it sparked our curiosity about other pairs we would love to see featured more prominently.
While they may not reach the levels of iconic duos like Hen and Chimney or Buck and Eddie, we believe these characters have the potential to engage in adventures together or simply enjoy each other’s company. Here’s our take on some intriguing pairings that deserve more screen time.
Eddie & Karen
Eddie often finds himself paired with Buck or Bobby and rarely has the opportunity to connect with other characters on his own. A friendship with Karen could bring a fresh dynamic to the show, as both characters share a mutual love for fun. Perhaps a chance encounter over drinks, where they share experiences about their kids and work, would be a delightful break for both.
Introducing Karen into Eddie’s circle more thoroughly could enrich the storyline, and their potential for a karaoke duet would undoubtedly be a hit.
Eddie & Maddie
It’s quite surprising that Eddie and Maddie’s relationship hasn’t been developed further, considering their significant roles in Buck’s life.
