On Wednesday afternoon, Hereford will be the site of exciting domestic racing, featuring a dynamic six-race card beginning at 2:30 PM, which will be available for viewing on Sky Sports Racing.
2:30 Hereford – Alexandra Larose Aiming for a Third Consecutive Win
The Olly Murphy stable is experiencing a remarkable season, and in this Hereford Bull Trail 2025 Conditional Jockeys’ Mares’ Handicap Hurdle, Alexandra Larose is well-positioned to continue her winning streak. This daughter of Walk In The Park is chasing a hat-trick, having achieved notable wins at Huntingdon and Southwell in her last two performances. Despite a seven-pound increase in her weight, she appears ready to secure another victory.
Hellfire Princess, trained by Kerry Lee, brings valuable course-and-distance experience and poses a significant challenge, especially if she can recover from a disappointing outing at Ludlow last month.
Additionally, Jackeline from Seamus Mullins’ yard should not be overlooked, as she demonstrated potential with a fourth-place finish at Huntingdon in her most recent race.
3:32 Hereford – Iskar d’Airy Takes on Dirty Den
Iskar d’Airy achieved his first victory over fences by leading wire-to-wire at Huntingdon last week, creating a promising opportunity to score again, even with a seven-pound penalty in the Spa Motors Hereford Handicap Chase.
Dirty Den, although yet to win over hurdles, has exhibited consistent performance, finishing as the runner-up for the third consecutive time at Taunton; he remains a contender as he transitions to fence jumping off the same rating.
Trainer Tom Symonds presents Night Jet, who previously triumphed at Leicester, making him a strong candidate in this race under jockey Ben Poste.
4:42 Hereford – Everyonesacritic in Favor
Everyonesacritic has quickly adapted to jumping, achieving victories in his last two races while under the guidance of Adam Wedge. This six-year-old, trained by Evan Williams, successfully navigated challenging conditions in his latest win but must prove his efficacy on faster ground in the Capital Windscreens Handicap Chase.
Another Mystery has yet to clinch a fence victory but showed his competitive edge, finishing second at Uttoxeter last May. With a slight weight increase for this race and after a preliminary race at Doncaster earlier this month, he could be a serious threat.
Others to consider include Pep Talking and Greenrock Abbey, rounding out a solid shortlist for the race.
Additional Highlights
5:15 Pornichet
Moreover, insightful races are set to unfold at Pornichet on the same day, where Bavarde stands out. Sired by Kingman and out of a Deep Impact mare, she has only made two appearances thus far; although her recent run was disappointing, there are hopes for a significant improvement in her performance here, particularly on her first outing with a new trainer.
Tune in to witness every moment of the action from Hereford, live on Sky Sports Racing…
