Embrace the holiday season with a festive performance by Jessica Vosk, who is set to showcase her talent through a rendition of “My Favorite Things/Carol of the Bells.” The performance is available for viewing through the accompanying video link.
The New York Pops will usher in the holidays with its beloved concert series on December 20 and 21 at 8:00 p.m. in the Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall, featuring performances by Jessica Vosk.
Vosk has recently released her holiday album, titled Sleigh, under Concord Theatricals Recordings. This album includes remarkable collaborations with notable artists like Neil Patrick Harris, David Foster, Ariana DeBose, and Scott Hoying from Pentatonix.
About Jessica Vosk
Currently, Jessica Vosk is captivating audiences in her role as Jersey in the Broadway production of Hell’s Kitchen. She is recognized as a powerful singer and actress, with significant contributions to musical theater and concert performances. Vosk made a memorable debut at Carnegie Hall in November 2021 with a sold-out solo event called “My Golden Age.”
Her career includes starring as the Narrator in the Lincoln Center’s 50th anniversary production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. She also debuted the role of Aunt Val in the world premiere of Becoming Nancy, under the direction and choreography of Jerry Mitchell. Prior to these roles, Vosk gained acclaim for her portrayal of Elphaba in Wicked on Broadway, where she performed for two years.
Vosk has also left her mark on the stage with the New York City Ballet’s tribute to Jerome Robbins, Something to Dance About, directed by Warren Carlyle. Additionally, she reprised her role as Fruma Sarah in the latest Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof. Other notable Broadway performances include roles in Finding Neverland and The Bridges of Madison County. Furthermore, her portrayal of Anita in West Side Story with the San Francisco Symphony was recognized with a Grammy nomination for the concert’s recording. Vosk’s musical journey started with her Billboard-charting solo album, Wild and Free, released in 2018, followed by A Very Coco Christmas in 2020.
