After more than a decade since their iconic duet “Love Is An Open Door” in Disney’s Frozen, Kristen Bell and Santino Fontana have reunited for a special performance from the new Off-Broadway musical, All the World’s A Stage. The pair can be seen singing “Dinner,” composed by Adam Gwon, which is currently being showcased at Theatre Five in Theatre Row through May 10th.

In a recent Instagram post, Gwon highlighted this significant reunion, stating, “The first duet Kristen Bell & Santino Fontana have sung together since FROZEN… ‘Dinner’ from my newest musical All the World’s a Stage – running Off-Bway RIGHT NOW thru May 10th … Thank you Kristen & Santino for being supporters of the show!”

The production is under the skilled direction of Jonathan Silverstein, with a cast that features Eliza Pagelle, Jon-Michael Reese, Matt Rodin, and Elizabeth Stanley. An exclusive look at the cast performing “Pieces, Together” is also available for viewers.

The creative team behind this production includes set design by Steven C. Kemp, costume design by Jennifer Paar, lighting design by David Lander, sound design by Megumi Katayama, and prop design by Thomas Jenkeleit. The musical direction is under the guidance of Andrea Grody, with movement choreography by Patrick McCollum and orchestrations crafted by Michael Starobin. Casting is handled by Geoff Joselson C.S.A.

The narrative of All the World’s A Stage centers on Ricky Alleman, a gay high school teacher navigating life in a small-town setting during the 1990s. As he helps an unconventional student pursue success in a statewide theater competition, Ricky’s carefully crafted life begins to unravel amidst conflicts with the local church. This new musical explores themes of connection and authenticity in a world often marked by division.

While Fontana’s character, Prince Hans, did not return after the first Frozen film, Bell is poised to reprise her role as Queen Anna in the upcoming Frozen 3, currently in development by Disney. Additionally, plans for a Frozen 4 have also been announced, indicating the franchise’s ongoing popularity and growth.
