Playboi Carti Unveils “Fine Shit” Visualizer Amid Chart Success
Since its release in March, Playboi Carti’s album Music has maintained a strong presence on the charts. Recently, on April 8, Carti, known as King Vamp, treated fans to a new visualizer for his track “Fine Shit.”
Set against the vibrant backdrop of Miami’s nightlife, the visualizer captures Carti in a lively yacht party scene off the coast. The setting is filled with friends and dancers enjoying the festivities across multiple levels of the vessel.
Dressed in stylish Chrome Hearts boots and customized jorts, Carti remains a figure of luxury, adorned with jewelry yet seemingly reluctant to join the jacuzzi excitement.
The opening lines of the track feature Carti boasting, “My bi— so bad, she can’t even go outside,” as he takes a moment to relax with a smoke and some drinks while showing off his cash. He later retreats with a couple of women to a private cabin away from the party for an intimate encounter.
Produced by F1lthy, “Fine Shit” quickly became a hit among fans, showcasing Carti’s distinct baby voice. The track made an impressive debut at No. 33 on the Billboard Hot 100 and climbed to No. 16 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
After enjoying two weeks at the top of the Billboard 200, Carti currently sits at No. 2, as Ariana Grande reclaims the No. 1 spot for a third consecutive week with her album Eternal Sunshine Deluxe.
Following the success of Music, Carti has been teasing his upcoming project, Baby Boi. DJ Swamp Izzo mentioned that the project is “ready” and “done,” indicating that there are over 50 songs in the pipeline.
He adds, “If I was still in that mixtape era, we’d have Baby Boi one through nine.” Reflecting on the industry atmosphere years ago, he reminisces about the urgency artists felt to release exclusive content.
