Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy will not be facing charges following his arrest on Friday, according to a statement from the Williamson County District Attorney reported by the Austin American-Statesman. Worthy was taken into custody in Texas for an alleged assault, with official records indicating it involved a family or household member and included an accusation of restricted breathing. Additionally, they mentioned that damages to Worthy’s property and personal harm had been inflicted upon him, with the receiver reportedly expressing that he did not wish to press charges.
