The film Bala, featuring Ayushmann Khurrana, Bhumi Pednekar, and Yami Gautam, marks five years since its release today. This noteworthy film tackled important themes related to social stigma, resonating well with audiences. To commemorate this milestone, Maddock Films has released a special video that actress Yami Gautam reacted to enthusiastically.
On her Instagram stories, Yami shared the video and included heart emojis to express her feelings. Earlier, Ayushmann Khurrana had also posted a touching video that compiled memorable scenes from the film, along with a heartfelt message. He expressed his gratitude by saying, “Thank you for all the laughs, love, and embracing Bala just as he is. This journey was about so much more than just hair; it was about finding joy in who we are. So here’s to all of you, who proved Bala true — Badalna kyu hai?”

Yami Gautam and her husband, Aditya Dhar, have been celebrating parenthood after welcoming their son, Vedavid, five months ago on the auspicious day of Akshay Tritiya this past May.
Last month, the actress posted her first picture after giving birth, reportedly taken in her hometown in Himachal Pradesh. She shared, “Lately life has been about colourful burp-cloths, some sunshine & trees,” showcasing her joyous new chapter in life while dressed comfortably in vibrant clothes and a colorful shawl.
In May, Yami and Aditya announced the birth of their son Vedavid on Instagram, sharing a touching image featuring Lord Krishna. In their heartfelt statement, they thanked the medical professionals at Surya Hospital, specifically Dr. Bhupender Awasthi and Dr. Ranjana Dhanu, whose dedication they credited for making their joyous occasion possible. On the work front, Yami Gautam is set to appear in Rishab Seth’s upcoming action-comedy film Dhoom Dhaam, where she will star alongside Pratik Gandhi and Mukul Chadda.
