In a series of controversial statements, Ye criticized Carti and invoked Kendrick’s name as well. He expressed his frustration over being excluded from Carti’s extensive 30-track album. “NOBODY GET A PASS. I WAS A PART OF SO MANY OF THESE NI**AS SUCCESS AND A LOT OF NI**AS LET THE JEWS CONTROL,” he stated. He further mentioned his connection to North West, saying, “HEY NORTH YOUR DAD GAVE ME MY BIGGEST SONG AND COSIGN AND I LEFT HIM OFF OF MY ALBUM BECAUSE OF HIS TWEETS, OH BUT NORTH YOU MY NIECE I GOTTA USE YOUR VOCALS.”
Carti’s response to Ye was succinct, simply stating, “Ye, STFU.”
Kendrick Lamar also found himself in Ye’s crosshairs, with Ye remarking, “I HAAAAAATED, not like us” and playfully inviting Kendrick to clash with him: “Kendrick, pleeeease come diss meeee.” Surprisingly, amidst the negativity directed at Carti and Kendrick, Ye praised 50 Cent, proclaiming him as “one of my favorite people” and suggesting he might lead the way to a resurgence of black economic independence. 50 Cent responded to Ye’s praise with a cheeky, “Damn it, Ye, ya dangerous right now.”
The dynamic interplay among these artists highlights the often tumultuous relationships within the hip-hop industry, characterized by rivalry, admiration, and public feuds. As the story unfolds, fans and analysts alike eagerly anticipate further developments from these influential figures.
